Fill in the form or give us a call. You do not need a route yet: a country, a period or just an idea is enough.

The conversation and the check
We call you within two working days. We talk through what you are looking for and check whether it can be done. If it can, we set down together what we will make for you.

We design your journey
We build your programme up, day by day, together with our own people in the country itself.

Your proposal
You read your journey day by day, with everything that is included. You say what you would like differently, until it is right.

You send us your details, we send you your travel documents. You have one fixed contact who knows your journey.

Your contact stays reachable while you are away. Once you are home, we call one more time.
The design fee
The conversation costs nothing.
The design we seal together.
First we talk. Where you want to go, what kind of stay, what you really want to experience, what budget per person. We record all of that and check whether it can be done.
If it can, we ask a design fee for exactly that journey. Once you pay it, we have an agreement: we make this journey, for you, according to what we settled together. When you book, the fee comes off the price of the trip.
We earn nothing from it. The fee exists so that we know who means it, and all our time goes into the journeys that actually happen.
And if it turns out we cannot deliver what we agreed, you simply get it back.

What exactly is tailor-made travel?
A journey designed for you rather than selected for you. There is no existing programme that we file down. We start from what you want to experience and build the journey around that, together with our partner in the country itself.
What does tailor-made travel cost?
There is no figure here, and that is not secrecy. A price belongs to a journey, and your journey does not exist yet. What drives the price can be explained: the season, how long you go, the kind of stay, how you move around and how many of you travel. During the conversation we check whether your budget and your wishes meet, before anything is drawn.
How long before I have a proposal?
After the conversation comes a feasibility check with our people on the ground. Then the design begins. How long that takes depends on the destination and the season, and we tell you during the conversation itself. What we do not do is send a proposal within the hour, because then it would not have been made for you.
Can it be a country that is not on this site?
Often yes. The destinations on this site are the countries we have something of our own to say about, not the limit of what we can do. Just ask.
Can I book with QualiMundi through my own travel agency?
Yes. If your travel agency is on the list of travel agencies, simply submit your request through them; we build the trip together with a local specialist, exactly as we would for a direct request. If it is not on the list yet, that is no problem at all: let us know and we will take care of it.
What happens to my money if a company fails?
Organisers must provide security for the refund of everything travellers have paid, and where carriage of passengers is included, also for repatriation. Continuing the package may also be offered.
